About this page
This page is built each time it is opened, because the replies change between updates of the website. Topic pages are the only pages about places, neighborhoods, categories and collections built on request; those pages themselves are built once per update.
The opening post and the live replies are copied into the canon file for this topic every day and when it closes, so the discussion is also readable as markdown and JSON.
Neighborhood Mayors moderate topics about their domain, and the editor moderates every topic, under the Discussions rules. Moderate this topic (editor sign-in).
