## How it was measured

We add up the votes in each ward and divide by the people aged 18 and over the 2020 census counted there. A City ward counts toward the neighborhood its center point is in.

## What would change the answer

The older results are the state's estimates on a later ward map, and the bottom number is from 2020, so the older the election the rougher the figure.
